There is a general 3 month warranty period on items from the date of purchase. Warranty covers only production errors.

 

Which matters aren't covered by the warranty?

• Signs of use or user damage.
• Damage from exposure to extreme temperatures or chemicals.
• Damage from handling by third parties.

 

Jewelry

On silver jewelry with golden plating there is a 3 month warranty from the date of purchase. De plating is a thin layer of 14 carat gold. This layer will wear out over time and from use. This warranty only covers material- and production errors.

 

Which matters aren't covered by the warranty?

• Fracture (unless it’s a clear production error)
• Loss of backside (poussettes).
• Damage from normal wear, incorrect usage or wrong treatment.
• Discoloration from usage of water, perfume, soap, lotion or hair spray.
• Discoloration from high acidity of the skin.
• Discoloration from cleaning the jewelry with chemicals.
• Handled by third parties, the warranty is cancelled.
