Can my order be delayed due to the circumstances?

Due to the unexpectedly large number of online orders during coronavirus, DHL has indicated that it cannot guarantee the delivery time. Please allow several days delay. For the most up-to-date information regarding the delivery status of your package, we refer you to DHL.

 

I have returned my order. How long does it take before it is processed?

Your return will be processed within 5 working days from the day we have received the shipment. After processing you will receive a confirmation from us and we will refund the returned articles within 2 to 4 business days. If you have not received a message after 5 working days after your package has arrived, please contact our customer service at info@setenta.nl

 

How long does it take before my repair is ready?

Our goal is always to process your request as soon as possible. As an official dealer, we rely on the service of our suppliers. As a result, the average time to repair an item is 2 to 6 weeks from the day we have received your shipment. When we receive the repaired item back from our supplier, we will return it to you as soon as possible.

 

When will I receive my order?

All orders are shipped from the Netherlands. Your order will be delivered in 3 to 5 working days. After placing your order you will receive a tracking link by mail to follow your shipment.

 

What to do if my package is damaged?

If your package is delivered damaged, refuse to accept this package from your postal delivery. Then contact our customer service directly. Accepting a damaged package is at your own risk.
