SHIPPING
Due to the new Covid-19 measures the delivery time of your order can take longer than expected, sorry for the inconvenience. For the most up-to-date information regarding the delivery status of your package, we refer you to DHL.
We ship worldwide; shipping costs however may differ per country
(1) Free delivery on orders over €100 for the following countries: France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain.
(2) For UK: Shipping fees will be processed (€44,95) for orders above €150,-
Import duties and taxes
All prices include 21% VAT. Shipping outside the EU will expire the Dutch VAT. This means, that If you live outside of the EU, it is possible that your order is subject to local VAT and / or (import) taxes. Unfortunately, these costs are for your own account. Due to complicated regulations and unknown tariffs, we are unable to calculate these additional costs, and, as a consequence, charge you for them in advance. When an order is not accepted, additional shipping costs, import duties and return costs are also for your own account.
RETURNS
It is possible to return products of your order within 30 days after receiving it. We will explain our return policy in a few steps. You can find them on this page.
Your product can be returned to us if the article:
- isn't damaged
- isn't used
- is sent back to us within 30 days of receipt
Your return will not be accepted if:
- the item has user damage
- the original packaging is missing
- the error isn't covered by the warranty (read below what the warranty covers)
Please note: gift cards are not returnable.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
- Go to https://www.returnform.com/setenta and follow the instructions and you will receive a return label.
- Use strong packaging to pack the product, make sure that the product is well protected and cannot move freely to avoid damage during the transit.
- Do not forget to include the return form, which you will receive by e-mail. Otherwise, there is a good chance that your return processing will be delayed.
- When you hand in your return, you will receive a proof of shipment. Keep this shipping receipt in a safe place. Without proof of shipment, we cannot be held responsible for missing items during a return shipment.
Note: Outside the Netherlands you have to pay for the shipping cost.
AFTER WE RECEIVED YOUR RETURN
Within 5 working days after receiving your return package, we will send a confirmation mail that we have received your return. In case it will be delivered on weekends, you will receive the confirmation mail on the next working day.
After receiving your product(s), we will check whether the products are received in good condition and can be resold. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products (e.g. if the items are worn and as a result damaged or incomplete).
COMPLETION
As soon as we have received the item, we will transfer the purchase amount to your account within 14 days.
The refund will be made through the same payment method as chosen for your order.
RETURN CONDITIONS
- Always state your order number.
- Items can be returned within 30 days after the order has been received.
- The product is undamaged and has no signs of wear.
- The product must be packaged in the original packaging with the supplied accessories, warranty card and instructions.
- The box may be opened to view and try on the article as you may also do in our shops. Labels, stickers, cards & protective plastic may not be removed and watch straps may not be adjusted.
- If you place an order that is paid partly or entirely with our gift card, the amount will be put back onto your gift card as credit.
We cannot or cannot fully process returns in the following cases:
- The return does not include any special offers you received with your order.
- The gift wrap cannot be returned and the cost for this will not be reimbursed.
- If the product returned is damaged but can be repaired, we will contact you about how we will deal with this. In this case, costs may be charged.
- If the product returned is damaged and/or shows signs of wear and cannot be repaired, we will contact you and return the product.
